What do I do if I am not receiving the verification code required to complete the log in process?

If you chose email, double-check that you entered a valid email address and take a quick look in your Junk or Span folder - sometimes messages get filtered there. 

If you selected text message, make sure you're using a U.S.-based mobile number that can receive SMS messages.
