Hi, I’m Theresa but everyone calls me Terri. I have been in the mortgage industry for almost 30 years and all those years were right here with PHH Mortgage.

My priority is always my customer needs. I want them to have the best experience possible. My goal is to make sure my customers feel at ease with the lending process and try to help them meet their financial goals.

My 30 years of experience helps my customers feel trust and confidence in their financing decisions. I have a vast knowledge of many mortgage loan products including FHA and VA loans and will help you decide what is best for YOU!
