About Me

I’m Robin Elizabeth Thomas, from the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Caribbean shaped me — its beauty, its resilience, its rhythm — and those same qualities guide me today. For more than 12 years with PHH Mortgage, I’ve grown from my first role in home retention to becoming one of the company’s Top 10 Loan Officers nationwide.

I specialize in refinancing. For some families, it’s about relief — lowering payments, consolidating what feels heavy, creating space to breathe again. For others, it’s about opportunity — sending a child to college, renovating a home, starting a business, or building long-term wealth. Each refinance is more than numbers; it’s a chance to reshape a story, open new doors, and strengthen what matters most. My role is to listen deeply, guide with clarity, and walk beside you through the process.

Beyond lending, I am committed to legacy. I help lead Imala Academy, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth in the Caribbean through football, education, and mentorship. Whether helping families restructure their mortgages or helping young people discover their potential, my mission is the same: to open doors, create opportunity, and leave things better than I found them.
