Hello!  I am Jim Toffel, a licensed loan officer with 15+ years of experience in residential lending and financial services, specializing in all forms of refinancing and home equity solutions.  

I primarily work with homeowners wanting to untether themselves from high-interest debt, bring renovation plans to life, or plan for large life events.  My approach is consultative with a focus on connection, education, and genuine care.  The mortgage landscape can be difficult to navigate on your own—I want every client to feel heard, informed, and confident as we walk through this process together.   

PHH will always hold special meaning for me.  I launched my mortgage journey here shortly after college, and PHH is where my wife and I met.  Being here feels like home, and I’m proud to represent a company that has shaped so much of my personal and professional story.
