Hi! I’m Chad, your Loan Officer at PHH Mortgage. I am a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with over a decade’s worth of experience. I am passionate about educating and providing my clients the best solutions and service tailored to their goals, allowing for a seamless and transparent process. I enjoy working with PHH because we both share the mindset of doing everything possible to help, inform, and improve our client’s current financial situation.
When I am not helping homeowners, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am an Ohio native, a graduate from the University of Toledo, and a die-hard Browns fan. Yes, Cleveland has a football team! I have been married for 23 years to my wife Norma, an amazing Educator, and we have two daughters, Bella and Maddy. Bella is in her 2nd year of pre-med (proud Papa) at Northern Arizona University and Maddy is a Sophomore in High School and is in competitive cheer.
