Managing your mortgage doesn't have to be a guessing game. With alerts and notifications, you'll always be in the loop – whether it's a payment reminder, a tax disbursement or a change to your account. It's quick to set up, easy to customize and designed to give you peace of mind.

Alerts help you stay ahead – no surprises, no missed payments, no stress. Whether it's a quick reminder or a confirmation, you'll always know what's happening with your account. It's one more way we help you feel confident and in control.
What you'll be notified about
- Payments: Know when your next payment is due, scheduled, applied or canceled
- Profile updates: Be notified when your email or password are updated
- Contact information: Get an alert when your contact information is changed
- Secure messages: Get a heads-up when we receive your message or reply to it
- Documents: Know right away when new documents are ready for you to review
Getting started is simple
Desktop
- Log in to your account.
- Click Account Management at the top of your screen.
- Click Account Settings.
- You can Select all notifications, an entire category, or choose individual notifications in the dropdown lists.
- Click Save Settings.
Please note: Mandatory alerts are shown as a light-grey checkbox and cannot be disabled.
Mobile App
- Log in to your account.
- Select the person icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Alerts & notifications.
- Select All or click to expand each category and choose individual notifications.
- Select Save.
